<p>Responsible for disassembling returned customer engines and performing detailed failure analysis to determine root causes of issues. They will also work with CVC dealers and facing Ford personnel to implement our Ford Pro “One-Stop Shop” strategy with commercial customers to grow Commercial Vehicle (CV) related products and services – Ford Telematics &amp; Data Solutions, Ford Pro Charging, Ford Pro FinSimple Products, Ford Pro Service and Ford Pro Vehicle Upfitting.</p>
<p>The CBM will provide dealer regular updates on key information and Ford Pro related news. They will utilize key market share and competitive data to inform dealers and develop robust sales plans. They will work with CVC dealers to efficiently utilize CVC benefits and standards.</p>
<p>The CBM will provide consultation on Medium Truck products and assist in allocation and wholesale process to encourage dealer emphasis in that segment. They will monitor and reinforce performance and execution of CVC uptime initiatives for commercial customers with Service Managers and Parts Managers including the following:</p>
<p>Mobile Service &amp; Extended Service Hours Medium Duty Service Capability, Ford Fleet Care, Ford Pro Parts Rewards</p>
<p>The CBM will support local converter pool companies (Mobility, Body &amp; Equipment, Emergency, Parcel Delivery, Personal Use, etc) to promote Ford products. They will develop, maintain, and foster relationships between pool companies and CVC dealers.</p>
<p>The CBM will conduct Advance Product Meetings, Dealer Training Sessions, and Grass Roots events to train/inform dealer personnel and effectively launch new CV products &amp; services. They will partner with facing Ford Pro FinSimple BDM for joint contacts and dealer/account support.</p>
<p>The CBM will communicate with Regional Sales Office personnel on a regular basis and attend Regional Staff Meetings to keep Regional personnel informed on Ford Pro sales/share and relevant CVC dealer related items.</p>
