<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<p>As a Security Shift Lead, you will supervise security operations for Ford Energy, including staffing requirements, access control, CCTV monitoring, investigations, and emergency support. You will also oversee day-to-day security operations, including contract security personnel, and enforce the Service Level Agreement with the provider.</p>
<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Supervising a team of direct and matrix reports</li>
<li>Overseeing day-to-day security operations, including contract security personnel</li>
<li>Enforcing the Service Level Agreement with the provider</li>
<li>Assisting with risk assessments of sites to determine if the operational model is adequate for site integrity</li>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<p>To be successful in this role, you will need:</p>
<ul>
<li>A Bachelor&#39;s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field</li>
<li>Minimum 6 years’ experience in law enforcement or military</li>
<li>4 years’ experience leading and developing teams</li>
<li>Highly motivated, hands-on, self-starter with ability to think creatively and operate in a dynamic, ambiguous environment</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, both written and oral</li>
<li>Ability to multitask, strong problem-solving, and conflict management skills</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Salary</strong></p>
<p>This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $86,600-$144,900. Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate&#39;s skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.</p>
