Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing inventory levels across APAC warehouses to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Flexing stock-holding strategies based on market intelligence and demand forecasts.
• Modifying and executing inventory control processes in collaboration with global teams and 3PLs, incorporating cycle counts, reconciliations, and audit activities.

Additionally, the Inventory Manager APAC will:

• Optimize freight consolidation and lead APAC freight operations, achieving target delivery lead times.
• Work closely with planning teams to align stock movement forecasts with 3PL resource planning and execution.
• Actively monitor and review logistics operations, maintaining compliance with budgetary parameters while adapting to dynamic business needs.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and relationship builder – both internally and externally – who is willing to drive into operational detail while also working strategically to overcome long-term challenges in a fast-growing business.

Reporting into the Supply Chain Director APAC, the Inventory Manager APAC will manage the Regional Inventory & Logistics team, fostering innovation and continual improvement in inventory management. They will build a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence, working closely with Senior Management to align inventory strategies with broader supply chain goals.
