<li>Support coordination of dependencies between mechanical, electrical, software, and control systems teams.</li>

<li>Monitor your own schedule progress and provide early warning of deviations, proposing recovery or mitigation actions, and communicate impacts to the Lead Planner and Project Managers.</li>

<li>Prepare regular schedule updates, progress reports, and dashboards for project reviews.</li>
<li>Support the Lead Planner in developing performance indicators (e.g. schedule variance, SPI).</li>
<li>Liaise with all stakeholders to collect progress updates and confirm task status.</li>
<li>Support internal and customer-facing schedule presentations or progress meetings as required.</li>

<p>Bid &amp; Change Support:</p>
<ul>
<li>Assist in producing outline and tender schedules for new opportunities or contract changes.</li>
<li>Update project baseline plans to reflect approved changes under the Lead Planner&#39;s direction.</li>
</ul>
<p>Process &amp; Tools:</p>
<ul>
<li>Maintain accuracy and consistency of schedule data in Planning Software.</li>
<li>Follow standard planning processes and contribute to continuous improvement within the PMO.</li>
<li>Ensure all activities comply with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.</li>
<li>Promote sustainable practices that align with corporate social responsibility goals.</li>
