\nThe ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, and 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, and knowledge of the MI/music industry. Proficiency with CMS platforms, e-commerce systems, and web analytics tools is also required.
