As Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for strategically and operationally leading the marketing department, including budget and personnel responsibility. Your tasks will include:

• Developing and implementing integrated B2B and B2C marketing strategies along the customer journey
• Further developing our brand positioning and ensuring a consistent corporate design
• Creating and steering lead generation and sales-supporting marketing measures in close collaboration with sales
• Using modern AI and data-driven marketing instruments to improve performance and efficiency
• Planning, conceptualising, and implementing trade fairs, events, and target-group-specific campaigns
• Developing digital marketing activities (website, SEO, LinkedIn, marketing automation)

• Conducting market, competitive, and target group analyses to identify new business potential
• Managing external agencies and service providers

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A completed business studies degree with a focus on marketing, communication, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in a strategic marketing function, ideally in an industrial B2B environment
• Experience in developing and implementing successful B2B marketing strategies
• Sound knowledge of product marketing, digital marketing, and lead generation
• Proficiency in using AI-supported applications, data-driven marketing methods, and Adobe Creative Cloud products
• High affinity for technical products and the ability to communicate complex content in a target-group-oriented manner
• Strategic thinking combined with a pragmatic hands-on mentality
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Very good German and English language skills
