As one of our most senior developers, the Technical Lead will report to the Director of R&D and take charge of the technical direction of our Hardware Development team. At the same time, you will be partnering with our Product and Engineering management to ensure that we carefully weigh up our trade-offs and that dependencies and communication are managed effectively and transparently.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional and multi-cultural teams in the company as well as with external partners to oversee, consult and guide the development part of it.

• On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for leading the Development team’s delivery of fully assembled speakers, electronics hardware, firmware and QA, ensuring our designs are suitable for mass production and comply with latest market regulations (CE, CB, FCC, RoHS, REACH, PFAS, CRA etc.).

• Collaborate very closely with the Production teams in Germany and in Asia.

• As a crucial part of the R&D team, you will be able to directly influence the products we build and have a high degree of autonomy and ownership at problem solving.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Strong market and financial analysis skills, with the ability to build Excel models and Power BI dashboards that generate data-driven insights to guide strategic decision-making.
