Key responsibilities include managing regional MOC targets, sharing regional stock needs with global supply chain, monitoring forecast changes, and communicating updates to global supply planning. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for weekly analysis of monthly sell-in patterns against forecast and making adjustments to supply planning as necessary.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated supply planning expertise, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work strategically to overcome long-term challenges in an exceptionally fast-growing business. They will also be able to manage a complex portfolio of products, including reformulation with high-level promotional volumes and alternate customer channels, and/or a high degree of demand seasonality.

Reporting into the Senior Demand and Supply Planning Manager APAC, the successful candidate will contribute to the continuous improvement of the supply planning and stock balancing processes and systems. They will work closely with demand planning and logistics teams to identify forecast deviations and/or supply chain constraints, with the goal of minimising out-of-stocks and preventing the build-up of excess and obsolete inventory.

The role requires strong analytical, communication, and organisation skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with ambiguity andáadaptive to new situations and changes in direction.

Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is required.
