Responsibilities:

• Lead a multidisciplinary team and provide excellent customer service
• Ensure compliance with operational model, regulations, and risk controls
• Manage branch operations, including cash, vault, reconciliations, and processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Conversational English (desirable)
• AMIB 1.5 (desirable)
• Minimum 2 years of sales and customer service experience
• Experience leading teams in a retail banking or financial services branch (ideally 3-6+ years)

Knowledge:

• Retail products: accounts, payroll, cards, personal credit, investments, and insurance
• KYC/AML practices, fraud prevention, data protection, and branch controls
• Operational management: cash, vault, reconciliations, and processes
