infrastructure</li>\n<li>Configure and optimize network servers, hubs, routers, and switches</li>\n<li>Pull switch activity logs and switch capacity reports</li>\n<li>Make recommendations to clean up or upgrade communication closets</li>\n<li>Perform port activation, deactivation, and logical moves on switches</li>\n<li>Engage and escalate problems to the SMIT Network Operations and/or Command Center for support</li>\n<li>Install, test, maintain, and upgrade network operating systems software</li>\n<li>Provide monthly activity reports on tracking trouble calls, outages, port problems and
