You will provide exceptional customer service, exercise empathy with patients, and perform tasks such as:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fielding inbound calls for refill requests and fulfilling medication renewal requests</li>\n<li>Assisting patients with obtaining refills from their respective pharmacies</li>\n<li>Making outbound calls to pharmacies on behalf of patients</li>\n<li>Coordinating with care teams to overcome barriers to refills</li>\n<li>Documenting information into electronic platforms</li>\n<li>Monitoring queues to ensure completion of open requisitions</li>\n<li>Arranging transportation for center visits and scheduling appointments</li>\n<li>Utilizing triage nurse lines for acute healthcare concerns</li>\n<li>Executing prescription requests according to process standards and policies</li>\n<li>Meeting and exceeding departmental metrics</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Requirements include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 1 year of retail pharmacy experience</li>\n<li>Active Pharmacy Technician License in the state of residence</li>\n<li>Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification</li>\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>\n<li>Bilingual Spanish preferred, medical Spanish a plus</li>\n<li>Strong working knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite preferred</li>\n<li>Ability to execute daily responsibilities with minimal supervision</li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service</li>\n<li>US work authorization</li>\n</ul>\n<p>In terms of remote work requirements, you will need:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficient PC skills and computer literacy</li>\n<li>Prior remote work experience</li>\n<li>Ability to obtain high-speed internet and hardwire equipment</li>\n<li>Distraction-free and private remote work environment</li>\n<li>Reliable dependent care during working hours</li>\n<li>Ability to participate in classroom-style remote training sessions</li>\n</ul>\n<p>The pay range for this role is $17.00 - $28.46 per hour.
