YubHub-native raw fields carry `x-` prefix.","jobs":[{"@context":"https://schema.org","@type":"JobPosting","identifier":{"@type":"PropertyValue","name":"YubHub","value":"job_fbab8733-7c9"},"title":"Standards Enablement Function within the Medicaid Finance Center of Excellence","description":"<p>We&#39;re building a world of health around every individual , shaping a more connected, convenient and compassionate health experience.</p>\n<p>At CVS Health, you&#39;ll be surrounded by colleagues who care deeply, innovate with purpose, hold themselves accountable and prioritize safety and quality in everything they do.</p>\n<p><strong>Position Summary:</strong> Support the Standards Enablement function within the Medicaid Finance Center of Excellence, building and maintaining the standardized finance processes, reporting, and analytics that drive consistency across Medicaid markets.</p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and maintain finance reporting, analytics, and data assets that support standardized cross-market processes</li>\n<li>Apply automation where applicable to streamline recurring workflows and reduce manual effort</li>\n<li>Translate process standards into clear, repeatable templates, documentation, and reporting</li>\n<li>Support the roll-out and adoption of standardized processes across market finance teams</li>\n<li>Support data quality, controls, and governance within standardized reporting</li>\n<li>Provide analysis and ad hoc support to the Standards Enablement function and COE leadership</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of experience in finance, FP&amp;A, financial reporting, or data analytics</li>\n<li>Advanced Excel skills and strong experience with data manipulation and reporting</li>\n<li>Experience applying automation or efficiency tools to financial processes (e.g., Power Query, Power Automate, macros, or similar)</li>\n<li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and manage priorities across multiple stakeholders</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Medicaid managed care or healthcare finance experience</li>\n<li>Experience building scalable, repeatable reporting or process templates</li>\n<li>Familiarity with BI/analytics tooling (e.g., Power BI)</li>\n<li>Familiarity with financial controls and governance</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Education:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required; equivalent work experience may substitute</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Anticipated Weekly Hours:</strong> 40</p>\n<p><strong>Time Type:</strong> Full time</p>\n<p><strong>Pay Range:</strong> $46,988.00 - $102,000.00</p>\n<p><strong>Benefits:</strong> This full-time position is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the physical, emotional, and financial well-being of colleagues and their families.
