As a Telephonic Registered Nurse at CVS Health, you will work from home and be part of a specialized team on the cutting edge of patient care. You will provide a meaningful patient experience, using your critical thinking skills to develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive plans of care for multiple disease state patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide education and support for patients with new medications
• Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive plans of care for multiple disease state patients
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide continuity of care
• Use state-of-the-art telecommunications nursing outreach programs

Requirements

• Registered Nurse license in your state of residence
• Multi-state/compact privileges
• 3+ years of clinical RN experience
• Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous Telephonic Nursing experience
• EPIC systems experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Licensure in multiple states

Shift and Hours

• Monday-Friday, 10:30am-7:00pm (CST)
• Full-time hourly position
