Reporting to the Chef Manager, you'll play a key role in preparing fresh meals, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting the day-to-day operation of the kitchen.

This is a part-time position (21 hours per week) with a consistent roster, making it ideal for someone looking for regular weekend work.

Roster:

• Friday: 6:30am to 1:30pm
• Saturday: 6:30am to 10:30am
• Sunday: 6:30am to 10:30am
• Monday: 6:30am to 1:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook short-order meals and assist with food preparation
• Deliver friendly and professional customer service
• Support counter service and basic barista duties
• Maintain a clean, organised, and food-safe kitchen environment
• Assist with general kitchen operations and cleaning duties

About You:

• Previous experience as a Cook or in a commercial kitchen environment
• Passion for preparing quality food and providing excellent customer service
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
• Reliable, organised, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

To be successful, you'll need:

• Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, or unrestricted Australian working rights (No Working Holiday Visa applications, please)
• To reside in or around the Wodonga region
• The ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical, including a National Police Check
