We're seeking passionate individuals who take pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products and are ready to deliver five-star service at pace.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide remarkable service to customers, making them feel valued every time they shop with us
  • Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products to customers
  • Thrive in a high-pressure environment, staying sharp, fast, and focused during busy periods
  • Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
  • Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, supporting colleagues in delivering a seamless customer experience
  • Adapt to changing demands of the retail environment, working across various areas of the store

Work Pattern:

  • Saturday: 05:00-09:00
  • Wednesday: 18:00-22:00
  • Thursday: 18:00-22:00

Note: Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December. A £3.00 p/h unsocial premium is added to hours worked between 22:00-06:00.
