Beverage, food services, inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, pricing, and promotional signing processes for all GM areas of the store</li>\n<li>Manage a team of experts in operations, accuracy, and efficiency</li>\n<li>Enable efficient delivery to our guests by leading pick, pack, and ship fulfillment work</li>\n<li>Develop a strategy and utilize your workload planning tools to complete all scheduled workload</li>\n<li>Conduct regular check-ins with your team to ensure completion of tasks and workload</li>\n<li>Manage all GM backroom and sales floor areas, review all reporting to identify gaps, and develop a plan to resolve</li>\n<li>Oversee GM Team Leaders workload planning, including transitions, revisions, and sales plans for all GM areas</li>\n<li>Drive fulfillment sales by leading the Fulfillment team to fulfill each order accurately and efficiently</li>\n<li>Drive a culture centered in food safety; train, validate, and coach team to deliver proper execution on all food safety standards and cleaning routines</li>\n<li>Lead an efficient operation to fund the sales culture</li>\n<li>Oversee Food &amp; Beverage Team Leader&#39;s workload planning, including transitions, revisions, sales plans, sampling, and promotions</li>\n<li>Create a guest-obsessed culture that prioritizes the guest experience and delivers on store sales goals</li>\n<li>Know and assess the competition; leverage guest insights and feedback to drive the business and be the destination of choice for our guests</li>\n<li>Work a schedule that aligns to guest and business needs</li>\n<li>Manage a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is in stock, fresh, available, food safe, and accurately priced and signed on the sales floor with minimal disruption to the guest</li>\n<li>Assess all GM and Food &amp; Beverage backroom and sales floor areas, walk Food &amp; Beverage Standards to assess priorities in food, and review GM/Food reporting to identify gaps and develop a plan to resolve</li>\n<li>Plan, lead, and follow-up on organizational and operational change</li>\n<li>Anticipate and identify changes in unique store trends</li>\n<li>Develop and coach your team to elevate their skills and expertise</li>\n<li>Establish a culture of accountability through clear expectations and performance management; actively develop, coach, and train your team; anticipate staffing needs, talent plan, and recruit</li>\n<li>Provide service and a shopping experience that meets the needs of the guest</li>\n<li>Always demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; lead team to work in the same way and hold others accountable to this commitment</li>\n<li>As a key carrier, follow all safe and secure training and processes</li>\n<li>Address store needs (emergency, regulatory visits, etc.)</li>\n<li>All other duties based on business needs</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>4-year degree or equivalent experience</li>\n<li>Strong interest and knowledge of the Food &amp;
