In addition to your contractual pay of £13.00 per hour (£13.25 after 90 days), any time worked between 22:00 - 06:00 will attract Night Premium at a rate of £3.75 per hour.

Key responsibilities include:

• Stock replenishment to ensure shelves remain full and products are in the right place at the right time
• Fulfilling online customer orders for delivery
• Reducing wastage by following product due diligence and markdowns
• Supporting the wider shop team with various tasks, including checkout support and managing Click & Collect orders
• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment

You'll need:

• Good communication skills to work effectively with the team and customers

Desirable skills and experience include:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role
• Up-to-date knowledge and strong interest in food and drink trends
• Flexible approach to supporting the whole branch

The role involves varied hours of part-time work (27 hours) across seven days, including nights, evenings, and weekends.
