You will help us make health happen by:

• Taking responsibility for issuing medication, reviewing care plans, and maintaining accurate records
• Leading and managing a team of Care Assistants, including shift handovers
• Helping with training and supervision of new staff members
• Building relationships with residents, their families, and external teams such as GPs and District Nurses
• Assisting residents with personal care duties

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• An NVQ3 in care or willingness to work towards one
• Previous experience as a Clinical Lead
• Great interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to work in a close-knit team
• Passion for making a real difference in people's lives
