As a Customer Consultant, you will provide tailored advice to our customers on a wide range of financial products and services.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing customer-centric advice on financial products and services
• Building sustainable customer relationships through personal conversations and telephone contact
• Taking responsibility for customer care in your branch
• Working closely with your branch team
• Organising your workday independently and being a competent contact person for customers on financial matters

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Sales talent with a passion for working with people from diverse backgrounds
• A successful commercial education, ideally as a bank clerk, or several years of experience in customer consulting or sales
• Excellent communication and service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A high level of interest in financial topics and economic connections
