Essential Functions:

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving potential service issues
• Focus on customers with a warm and friendly greeting, maintaining eye contact, and offering help when needed
• Accurately perform cashier duties, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions with precision
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, and updating pricing information
• Support opening and closing store activities when needed

Required Qualifications:

• At least 16 years of age
• Physical Requirements:

+ Remaining upright on feet for sustained periods + Lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs of force frequently + Visual Acuity - having close visual acuity to perform activities like viewing a computer terminal

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting

Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
