• Analyzing and interpreting environmental and spatial regulations, focusing on soil, water, construction, and demolition activities
• Providing advice to clients and colleagues on legal risks, obligations, and opportunities within soil remediation projects, environmental audits, and technical studies
• Supporting project leaders with contractual agreements, risk assessments, and legal arguments
• Preparing legal advice, reports, and notes for internal and external stakeholders
• Managing your own dossiers and staying up-to-date with relevant legislation and market developments

Requirements:

• Background in law with a strong legal foundation
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a legal advisory or expert role
• Affinity with or experience in soil remediation, environmental permits, construction and demolition activities, asbestos, or technical environmental projects
• Proficiency in Dutch and French
• Strong legal skills combined with an interest in technical dossiers and environmental issues
