The successful candidate will report to the Operations Supervisor and be responsible for:

• Coordinating the unloading of inbound shipments and verifying paperwork
• Ensuring accuracy and quality of inbound and outbound shipments
• Assisting with day-to-day activities and evaluating team member performance
• Documenting receipt, storage, and distribution of equipment and supplies
• Maintaining safe and healthy work environments
• Performing safety inspections and audits

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse or inventory environments
• 2+ years of experience in inbound/outbound logistics
• SAP experience (desirable)
• Forklift driving experience and PIT certification
• Strong attendance and punctuality
• Excellent communication and computer skills
• Ability to lift, move, and place up to 25 pounds of inventory

The compensation package includes a base salary of $24.00 per hour, a $3.00 shift differential, and a 5% target quarterly bonus.

The shift rotation is weekend nights: Week 1: Friday – Sunday 5pm – 5am, Week 2: Thursday – Sunday 5pm – 5am.

• Build a strong understanding of the data and messages exchanged between internal systems and external partners, including technologies such as ALE, IDocs, and queues.
• Support integrations between SAP systems and warehouse automation solutions to enable efficient operational processes.
• Partner with IT Infrastructure and other technology teams to evaluate, coordinate, and implement process and system changes.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to data communication, system interfaces, and information processing across connected platforms.
