This role supports the relationship management of all clients and other key stakeholders in the marketplace, including fintechs and media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute objectives and goals for assigned clients, ensuring alignment with Visa’s mission and overall strategy.
• Manage revenue, expenses, capital expenditures, and income-producing activities for clients.
• Increase Visa’s participation in the payments business through negotiations with assigned clients.
• Analyze business opportunities and maintain ongoing contact with clients to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and drive profitable, sustainable results.
• Tailor international best practices and solutions to clients, including expert models and seminars.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Products teams to strengthen the Visa brand among clients.
• Support regional and global business initiatives to drive revenue growth for Visa.
• Analyze emerging customer needs and business opportunities to identify issues and trends.
• Attend to specific client needs by collaborating with internal teams to drive solutions and follow business trends.

Qualifications:

• 10 or more years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD.
• Experience in sales and business development within the payments or financial services industry.
• Experience in managing client relationships and executing business strategies.
• Experience in analyzing business opportunities and market trends.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in project planning and management.
• Experience working with financial indicators to measure business performance.
• Experience with MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Experience in negotiating and managing client agreements.
• Experience in supporting brand and product initiatives.
