You'll:

• Experience in retail management with a supportive, people-focused leadership style
• Strong skills in coaching, team development, and fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture
• Proven ability in inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining operational standards
• Sound judgement with a solutions-focused approach and confidence in using POS and operational technology
• Strong organisational skills, commitment to safety and compliance, financial acumen, and a history of delivering exceptional customer service
