Responsibilities include:

• Providing a consistent Starbucks experience for guests
• Maintaining product quality and freshness
• Following state and federal food safety and OSHA guidelines
• Managing inventory, including replenishment, instocks, and rotation
• Delivering exceptional guest experiences during all hours of operation
• Upholding Food & Beverage Standards
• Executing food and beverage processes, including food deliveries, replenishment, and cleaning
• Maintaining an inviting dining area for guests
• Engaging with guests to meet and exceed their expectations
• Producing handcrafted beverages and food to specifications
• Following food safety requirements and best practices
• Completing cleaning tasks and recording information
• Locating and identifying damaged or recalled items
• Ensuring accurate in-stocks and inventory recording
• Executing sampling best practices
• Supporting guest services, such as back-up cashier and order pick-up

Requirements:

• Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
• Welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and team members
• Ability to communicate effectively and operate technology equipment
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physical demands, such as lifting up to 44 pounds and working in varying temperatures
