This position is for 1st shift; however, variable shifts including day, evening, nights and weekends may be required to support program objectives.</p>\n<p><strong>Position Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with others to develop and deploy Flight Termination Systems in support of weapons flight test programs</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with all FTS requirements, including RCC-319, RCC-324, Contractual Requirements, etc.</li>\n<li>Identify required products, systems, components, and materials for FTS system</li>\n<li>Determine test artifacts and methods for demonstrating compliance at the component and system level</li>\n<li>Design and implement test fixtures to verify component performance</li>\n<li>Performing analysis of qualification testing and generating documentation demonstrating system compliance</li>\n<li>Closely partner with Range Safety Officers, Customer Program Offices, Program Leadership, Subject Matter Experts, and other stakeholders to obtain FTS System Certification for flight</li>\n<li>Provide inputs to Earned Value Management for tracking progress on work packages</li>\n<li>Ability to travel and support flight testing on an as needed basis</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement</li>\n<li>Experienced with engineering in the aerospace industry</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Level 3: 3 or more years&#39;
