Each of our 100+ offices has its own individual identity, and each also has its own unique rewards.</p>\n<p>The Content Services Solution Engineer is responsible for defining, designing and conducting the technical aspects of internal and client projects, as well as, participating in new sales initiatives.</p>\n<p><strong>What You Will Be Doing:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design solutions for software implementations and configurations, data transformations, publishing stylesheets and other related technologies</li>\n<li>Analyze new sales requirements</li>\n<li>Be the expert in product features and define new features to improve the product</li>\n<li>Lead workshops, consulting and training events</li>\n<li>Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent</li>\n<li>1-3 years of experience in software support and configuration</li>\n<li>Experience in content management and data analysis</li>\n<li>Self-motivated individual capable of demonstrating individual initiative</li>\n<li>Experience in defining and demonstrating software solutions and value propositions to end-client</li>\n<li>Detail oriented, good judgement and decision-making skills</li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills</li>\n<li>Experience in process development</li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving skills</li>\n<li>Committed to a high level of service</li>\n<li>Professional and superior written and spoken communication skills in English</li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook</li>\n<li>Web conferencing tools (i.e., WebEx, GoToMeeting)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Desired Skills and Experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>XSL, XSLT, XSL-FO, HTML, CSS, DITA, DocBook, S1000D, MIL-STD</li>\n<li>Familiar with FrameMaker, InDesign, oXygen, XMetaL, ArbortextEditor</li>\n<li>Familiar with content management, data composition, publishing, graphic creation, and translation process</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Where Your Career Is Going:</strong></p>\n<p>At TransPerfect, there are a lot of growth opportunities.
