Responsibilities:

• Research prospective clients through various strategies, including internet research and trade show lists
• Create accurate spreadsheets of prospective client data
• Generate daily mailings to prospective clients
• Cold call prospective clients
• Creatively problem solve to improve current new business development strategy
• Negotiate rates and deadlines with prospective and current clients
• Educate clients regarding the translation process
• Liaise with production to ensure jobs are handled appropriately
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with delivery, quality, and customer service
• Research and understand industries that TransPerfect markets to
• Perform special projects or duties as required

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree
• Excellent English communication skills
• Proven sales life cycle experience
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Effective time management skills
