Key Responsibilities:

• Deepen executive relationships and build trusted relationships across client organizations
• Develop and execute account plans to protect existing revenue, identify whitespace, and increase product adoption
• Demonstrate and expand the value of Visa's Risk and Security Solutions using client insights and performance data
• Drive renewals and growth through effective sales strategies
• Orchestrate the client experience by coordinating across product, sales engineering, consulting, customer success, operations, and account teams
• Protect retention and manage risk by monitoring client health, adoption, satisfaction, and commercial performance

Requirements:

• 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree or 5+ years with an Advanced Degree
• Extensive experience in payments, fraud prevention, identity, authentication, cybersecurity, or risk management
• Proven success in retaining and expanding an existing book of business
• Strong account-planning skills, including stakeholder mapping, opportunity development, and client-health monitoring
• Ability to build credibility with senior client stakeholders and mobilize cross-functional teams
• Strong negotiation and financial skills
