Financial Leadership: Act as a trusted finance partner to site leaders, providing financial insight, constructive challenge and recommendations to support operational and strategic decision-making.</li>\n<li>Planning &amp; Forecasting: Lead and support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities, ensuring robust assumptions and alignment with site and business priorities.</li>\n<li>Performance Management: Analyze financial and operational performance, clearly articulating key drivers, risks and opportunities and driving timely actions with business partners.</li>\n<li>Cost &amp; Productivity: Champion strong cost management and financial discipline, partnering with teams to identify and deliver sustainable productivity and efficiency opportunities.</li>\n<li>Decision &amp; Investment Support: Provide robust financial analysis for business cases, investments, projects and other key site decisions.</li>\n<li>Financial Governance &amp;
