We’re looking for a Specialist Account Executive - Data Security to join our team.

You will contribute to driving sales and product adoption for the Data Security portfolio, including DLP, CASB, and additional offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Serving as the primary contact for customers, partners, and internal sales teams for data protection solutions in your region
• Collaborating with domain expert solution engineers to gather customer requirements, craft compelling value propositions, and close deals with primary account teams
• Driving quota attainment by implementing account-based strategies to expand the data protection portfolio
• Delivering expert presentations to customers across all levels, from technical teams to CIOs, while positioning Zscaler’s offering against competitors
• Supporting top-tier partner relationships for data protection solutions, ensuring collaborative success

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications):

• 6+ years of full-cycle sales experience within software or security industries
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent demonstrable experience
• Proven ability to engage with accounts and sell directly to C-Level stakeholders
• Willingness to travel frequently, up to 60%, based on business needs

The Senior Technical Success Manager will guide customers through their Zero Trust journey as the central post-sales point of contact, helping customers adopt and maximize Zscaler's solutions to secure their digital transformation objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Understand customer goals, challenges, and technical needs to align with Zscaler solutions and drive satisfaction
• Build relationships with stakeholders, conduct reviews, and identify growth opportunities
• Anticipate challenges, provide proactive recommendations, and mitigate risks
• Maintain deep understanding of Zscaler products and contribute to internal and customer-facing Knowledge Base best practices
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product teams to deliver a seamless customer experience

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles with a blend of technical expertise and account management
• Experience troubleshooting network issues and familiarity with tools such as Ping, Traceroute, and MTR
• Knowledge of ISO/OSI protocols including HTTP, SSL/TLS, FTP, and DNS
• Ability to travel approximately 10% for customer-related requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience utilizing AI-powered customer success platforms or predictive analytics tools
• Experience running discovery discussions, building High/Low level design, and managing large-scale deployments or migrations
• In-depth understanding of enterprise networks, cloud security technologies like SASE, SSE, and ZTNA, and authentication protocols such as SAML, LDAP, and OAuth
