7a274ab5-201 Targeting Officer We are seeking a Targeting Officer to join our team in Northern Virginia. As a Targeting Officer, you will guide and monitor the execution of collection operations and integrate that collection into a cohesive intelligence narrative. You will communicate this narrative to a wide audience of stakeholders through written reports and verbal briefings.

Responsibilities:

  • Guide and monitor collection operations
  • Integrate collection into a cohesive intelligence narrative
  • Communicate complex information to stakeholders through written reports and verbal briefings
  • Identify gaps in information and take proactive steps to address them
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment, often under high stress
  • Think critically and communicate highly complex information accurately and clearly
  • Draft and disseminate written RFIs
  • Deliver concise briefings confidently and clearly

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4-8 years of full-time professional experience ( Master's degree highly desirable with 2-6 years of experience)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in high-stress environments
  • Experience with targeting tools, databases, all-source targeting methodologies, and different intel sources
  • Valid driver's license with real ID
  • Ability to attain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph examination
  • Willingness to work a weekly rotating 24/7 shift schedule, including weekends and holidays

Pay Range: $73,450.00 - $132,775.00
