The role involves monitoring the development of the banking and financial services industry across the region, analyzing trends and understanding factors impacting current and potential business results of Visa.

Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying new market opportunities and increasing services to banks, merchants and cardholders to evolve the value of the Visa brand
• Representing Visa to clients on marketing-related topics and capturing VAS opportunities in smaller countries
• Aligning plans with the Country Manager and local team, and managing cross-functional teams
• Managing the allocated budget for respective assets and activities, and providing regular reporting on budget tracking
• Providing quantitative post-campaign and regular performance analysis, and incorporating learnings into future projects

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in finance/payment industry, retail, services, Creative Agency or similar.

Requirements include:

• Demonstrated track record in the development and implementation of integrated campaigns
• Experience in executing global sponsorships and managing local partnerships
• Multicultural sensitivity and interpersonal relationship management skills
• Strong planning, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment under short timelines
• Fluent English speaker
