Your main responsibilities will include:

• Designing, implementing, and improving control systems for manufacturing processes
• Supporting process automation, instrumentation, PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, or related control platforms
• Troubleshooting equipment, control logic, sensors, and system integration issues
• Collaborating with manufacturing, maintenance, quality, EHS, and operations teams to resolve technical problems
• Leading or supporting capital projects, equipment upgrades, and system migrations
• Developing and maintaining engineering documentation, control narratives, specifications, and standard operating procedures
• Analyzing process performance and identifying opportunities to improve uptime, yield, quality, and cost
• Supporting root cause investigations and corrective actions for process or equipment failures
• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements
• Providing technical training and guidance to operators, technicians, and other engineers

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• 3-5 years of PI&CS related hands-on working experience
• Experience in manufacturing, process engineering, automation, instrumentation, or controls systems
• Technical skills in PLC programming, process controls, instrumentation, data analysis, troubleshooting, automation systems, and engineering documentation
• Familiarity with DCS, SCADA, HMI, MES, historian systems, and industrial networks
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with operations, maintenance, quality, and leadership
• Experience managing small to medium capital or improvement projects
• Understanding of EHS, quality systems, change management, and regulated manufacturing environments
