As a Customer Consultant, you will be responsible for providing demand-oriented advice on our comprehensive range of financial products.

Your tasks will include:

• Building sustainable customer relationships through personal conversations and telephone contact
• Taking responsibility for customer care in your branch
• Working closely and trustfully with your branch team
• Organising your workday independently and being a competent contact person for your customers on all financial matters

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Sales talent with a passion for working with people from diverse backgrounds
• A successful commercial education - ideally as a bank clerk - or several years of professional experience, preferably in customer consulting or sales
• High service competence and resilience in everyday work, as well as openness to rapidly changing conditions
• A strong interest in financial topics and economic interrelationships
