You will follow training in food safety to ensure food-safe products are produced for our customers, maintaining health and safety processes to create a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues. You will use a knife or bladed machine to prepare primal for trimming and focus on completing tasks efficiently to reduce waste and downtime.

Requirements:

• Previous butchery and knife skills experience
• Ability to maintain concentration and high standards in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of detailed training and guidance
• Ability to work in a chilled environment (2-9°C)
• Food Safety Level 2 desirable (training provided)
