The starting pay range for this position per hour is $26.00 - $28.00, with a full pay range of $26.00 - $44.20 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly guest experience
• Leading a team by planning department(s) daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver sales goals
• Coaching and training hourly team members to build a team with direction from your direct leader
• Reviewing area guest, financial, and team outcome metrics to identify opportunities and taking action to improve
• Assigning daily tasks to team members based on planned workload and guest traffic patterns
• Helping assess reporting to identify gaps in GM processes and assisting to develop a plan to resolve
• Being an expert of operations, accuracy, process, and efficiency
• Demonstrating inclusivity by valuing diverse voices and approaches, being authentic and respectful, and creating equitable experiences
• Demonstrating a culture of ethical conduct, following all Target policies and safety procedures
• Leading and demonstrating a safety culture through modelling and recognising safe behaviours

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Age 18 or older
• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to lead and hold others accountable
• Effective communication skills
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
