The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of personal and family clients, providing them with tailored banking, financial, and insurance solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop assigned personal and family clients, implementing commercial initiatives defined for the target market
  • Analyse client needs and provide assistance and advice on bank products and services
  • Contribute to achieving branch commercial objectives
  • Ensure continuity and quality of relationships, integrating in-branch interactions with digital channels
  • Provide high-level service, adhering to regulatory requirements and operational and administrative obligations

Requirements

  • Knowledge of main banking, financial, and insurance products for personal and family clients
  • Ability to understand client needs and provide assistance and advice on relevant products
  • Commercial orientation, initiative, and ability to build trust-based relationships
  • Team collaboration and effective use of digital tools and bank systems
  • Experience with Artificial Intelligence tools to enhance operational efficiency, optimise workflows, and support business challenges
