Qualifications, experience, and skills required include a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Science and/or equivalent work experience, 12+ years of IT business work experience, prior experience in Database Administration or Data Architecture or Data Engineering, and 3+ years leadership experience.

Additional skills include professional writing skills, experience in management-level presentations, experience in developing and managing a budget, and experience in managing vendors.
