What You’ll Be Doing:

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences: help customers find the right products and services to suit their needs, ensuring their time at Telstra is a memorable one.
• Be the go-to tech expert: stay up-to-date with the latest gadgets and services, offering informed guidance and solutions.
• Achieve and excel: use your consultative selling skills to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, while keeping customers connected.
• Collaborate and contribute: work closely with your team to create a welcoming environment where everyone is supported to achieve store goals.

Salary and Benefits:

• Annual fixed remuneration: $71,330.00 per year (junior rates apply for those under 20 years of age)
• Hourly rate: $33.33 per hour (junior rates apply for those under 20 years of age)
• Penalty rates: additional 25% for weekday hours worked after 6 PM, 25% for hours worked on Saturday, 100% for hours worked on Sunday and 150% for hours worked on public holidays
