assortment, and reduce waste.</li>\n<li>Partnering with multiple internal stakeholders across Operations, Commercial, Logistics, and Product teams to deliver business priorities.</li>\n<li>Managing supply chain infrastructure and technology, including ERP systems and logistics system integrations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>4+ years of experience in Supply Chain, including demand planning, forecasting, inventory management, or supply planning.</li>\n<li>Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into operational improvements.</li>\n<li>Hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.</li>\n<li>Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to work under pressure.</li>\n<li>Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience working with ERP systems.</li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English.</li>\n<li>Previous experience in retail (food retail is a strong advantage).</li>\n<li>Experience working in a global organisation is an
