Accountabilities:

• Manage client relationships to identify financial goals, challenges, and risk tolerance.
• Research and understand client industry trends, regulatory landscape, and competitive environment.
• Design customised solutions addressing client needs and objectives.
• Communicate the value proposition of proposed solutions and negotiate terms.
• Provide guidance to clients on financial decisions, investment advice, and risk management.
• Assess financial, legal, and operational risks associated with client relationships.
• Document client interactions, transactions, and agreements.
• Monitor client satisfaction, revenue generated, and other relevant metrics.

• Experience with managing relationships, including creating, building, and maintaining relationships with clients.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage clients, professionals, and internal teams.

Location: This role will be based in Sunderland or Knutsford.

Working Arrangements: You will work in a hybrid arrangement, splitting your time between attending the office and working from home.
