The position will provide “day-to-day” support for Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Program (SAP) activities.</p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence</li>\n<li>Assist in the maintenance of a document accountability database and associated correspondence</li>\n<li>Processing inbound and outbound classified mail and receipt records</li>\n<li>Perform destruction of classified materials</li>\n<li>Process magnetic media for accountability</li>\n<li>Reproduction support for classified materials</li>\n<li>Maintain various daily logs for a variety of administrative functions associated with document control</li>\n<li>Assist in the processing of inbound data and outbound data transfer files</li>\n<li>Transfer electronic data files to internal customers</li>\n<li>Maintain an extensive customer database point of contact listing</li>\n<li>Assist with researching, processing, filing, and maintaining inbound and outbound visit notices</li>\n<li>Escort facility visitors and maintains associated logs</li>\n<li>Assist in the preparation of facility access control badges</li>\n<li>Conduct entry and exit inspections</li>\n<li>Assist in the maintenance of facility access control entry systems, to include visitor control</li>\n<li>Perform data entry to the Personnel Access Security System database and maintain all customer sponsored billets and quota information</li>\n<li>Assist in maintaining personnel security files for all personnel of the supported element</li>\n<li>Follow and enforce the customer’s Standard Operating Procedures</li>\n<li>Provide support for the security awareness and education programs</li>\n<li>Perform miscellaneous administrative support functions as directed by the contractor site lead and/or the Senior Security Representative</li>\n<li>Review, track, and monitor security clearance processing activities with appropriate government personnel to achieve appropriate clearance actions</li>\n<li>Participate in Air Force SAP security compliance inspections of government organizations and industry</li>\n<li>Implement Top Secret Control for accountable material and associated correspondence</li>\n<li>Prepare and/or process inbound and outbound classified mail, faxes, courier packages and receipts</li>\n<li>Prepare, process, and/or review Program Access Request (PARs) for accuracy and access eligibility</li>\n<li>Execute Special Access Program Nomination Process Questionnaires</li>\n<li>Conduct Defense Central Index of Investigations (DCII), Joint Personnel Access System (JPAS), and SAPNP reviews of candidates being submitted for SAP access</li>\n<li>Perform data entry and record checks in the Air Force Access Data System (AFADS) and maintains all customer sponsored personnel access information current</li>\n<li>Perform indoctrinations</li>\n<li>Provide leadership, mentoring, and quality assurance for Team Members</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years related experience</li>\n<li>2+ years SAP experience required</li>\n<li>Current TS/SCI clearance</li>\n<li>Eligibility for access to Special Access Program Information</li>\n<li>Willingness to submit to a Counterintelligence polygraph</li>\n<li>Familiarity with security policy/manuals and the appropriate DCIDs/JAFANs and other guiding policy documents</li>\n<li>Ability to work in a dynamic environment and effectively interact with numerous DOD, military/civilian personnel and industry partners</li>\n<li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)</li>\n<li>Possess a high degree of originality, creativity, initiative requiring minimal supervision</li>\n<li>Willingness to travel within the organizational geographic Area of Responsibility (AOR)</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-top:24px;font-size:13px;color:#666;\">XML job scraping automation by <a href=\"https://yubhub.co\">YubHub</a></p>","url":"https://yubhub.co/jobs/job_304573c6-4f4/","directApply":true,"hiringOrganization":{"@type":"Organization","name":"GDIT","sameAs":"https://www.gdit.com","logo":"https://logos.yubhub.co/gdit.com.png"},"x-apply-url":"https://gdit.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/en-US/External_Career_Site/job/USA-MD-Suitland/Activity-Security-Representative--ASR--III_RQ231114-1?utm_source=yubhub.co&utm_medium=jobs_feed&utm_campaign=apply","x-work-arrangement":"onsite","x-experience-level":"senior","x-job-type":"full-time","x-salary-range":"$92,307 -
