Responsibilities:

• Drive assigned IOM office vehicle(s)
• Manage day-to-day maintenance of vehicles
• Arrange for minor repairs and cleaning
• Ensure regular service intervals are undertaken
• Keep records of spare parts and conduct monthly inventory
• Find the most direct and safe route to destinations
• Ensure IOM vehicles are used only for official business
• Prepare daily log sheets and monthly reports
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion
• Meet official personnel at airports and facilitate formalities
• Collect and deliver mail and documents
• Assist with simple clerical duties when needed
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications:

• High school degree with 2 years of experience or Bachelor's Degree
• Valid national driver's license
• Knowledge of driving rules and regulations
• Experience in driving various vehicle makes and models
• Skills in minor vehicle repairs
• Fluency in English and Arabic
