You will also be provided with a laptop and mobile phone in order that you are contactable by the homes, can liaise with external contractors and can manage invoices relating to the maintenance of the homes.</p>\n<p>You will report into each individual home manager, and you will be responsible for ensuring the Common Maintenance Standards are maintained, as defined in the General Property Maintenance Guide.</p>\n<p>You will contribute to the delivery of effective, efficient and economical day-to-day maintenance, new and alteration works to ensure the safety of colleagues, residents and visitors and that they experience a pleasant and cared for environment.</p>\n<p>You will be required to work Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm though this can be flexible upon request.</p>\n<p><strong>Skills, Knowledge &amp; Expertise</strong></p>\n<p>Essential for the role:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Basic numeracy and literacy skills.</li>\n<li>Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.</li>\n<li>The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.</li>\n<li>A positive, customer-focused approach and strong team-working skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>The following experience would be beneficial:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience or knowledge in a building, plumbing, mechanical or electrical trade.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits</strong></p>\n<p>We want you to succeed at Priory and thrive in your role.
