As a Customer Assistant, you will:

• Operate in a high-demand environment, providing excellent customer service
• Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
• Maintain high standards of efficiency and effectiveness, balancing speed and accuracy
• Contribute to a positive store environment, supporting colleagues and working as a team player
• Adapt to changing situations and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and resilience

Work Pattern

• Tuesday 08:00 - 12:00
• Saturday 08:00 - 16:45

Additional Requirements

• Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
