Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with a small team of managers to ensure the store runs smoothly every day.
• Take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the store, often being the only manager in with accountability for the full shop.
• Work alongside a team to complete all tasks, ensuring customers are served efficiently and safely.
• Manage performance and capability, conduct disciplinaries, and ensure scheduling and pay are accurate.
• Occasionally assist another store in the network.

Requirements:

• Previous line management experience in a fast-paced, operational environment.
• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and coaching colleagues.
• Experience of leading a team in a customer-facing environment.
• Ability to manage disciplinaries, performance issues, and employee relations.
• Operational leadership skills, with experience taking responsibility for store operations in the absence of senior managers.
