Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home or clinic settings.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans and programs created by the supervising BCBA.
  • Collect data and submit session notes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors.
  • Attend regular staff meetings and training sessions.
  • Commute to various locations with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience working with children or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
  • Effective English communication, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and families.
  • Valid state ID.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Pass a criminal background check.
