Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 8+ years of software engineering experience in systems programming with complex codebases using C, C++, or Java
  • 3+ years of experience providing technical leadership and mentoring engineering teams
  • Experience in software programmability and developing scalable software architectures
  • Experience implementing automation and orchestration within the software development lifecycle

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of network security, certificate validation, and threat modeling
  • Hands-on experience with cryptography, TLS internals, or Post Quantum Cryptography (PQC)
  • Hands-on experience with AI coding
  • Understanding of modern attack methods
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design choices to cross-functional partners
