As a Document Review Attorney, you will perform substantive document review on hosted platforms such as Relativity and DISCO. Your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and coding documents for responsiveness, relevancy, confidentiality, issues, and privilege
• Assisting with preparation of privilege and redaction logs as well as challenges to privilege
• Participating in special projects and other duties as assigned

To qualify, you must have:

• A law degree from a fully accredited law school
• Active membership in good standing with the South Dakota State Bar Association
• Minimum 1+ years of personal injury experience
• Prior E-Discovery / Document Review experience preferred
